We work with most insurance companies and accept assignment of benefit. As a courtesy, we will file all paperwork on your behalf. We do not accept managed care (HMO, DHMO) plans, but we do work with most PPO plans. If you have questions, please ask us to call your insurance company for benefit information so that you know what to expect and don't have to face unexpected expenses.
